Non-Refundable Services: All services, including but not limited to haircuts, color treatments, facials, and other beauty treatments, are non-refundable once performed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeit of the deposit, where applicable.
Satisfaction Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re unhappy with the results of your service, please let us know within [specific time, e.g., 48 hours], and we will do our best to address any concerns or offer a touch-up session where applicable.
Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to the service on the day of your appointment.
Product Returns: Products purchased at the parlour are non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues with a product, please bring it to our attention, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
