Refund Policy

At Vaanimakeover, we strive to provide the highest level of vaanimakeover services to our clients. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a transparent and fair refund policy.
 
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
 
Non-Performance: If our beauty parlour services are not delivered as agreed upon in the service contract.
Cancellation by Company: If we are unable to provide the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances or other company-related issues.
Early Termination: If the client terminates the service contract early, a prorated refund may be provided based on the services rendered up to the termination date.

2. Refund Requests
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
 
Submit a written request within 14 days of the event or service issue to info@vaanimakeover.in
Include your contract number, details of the service, and the reason for your refund request.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Thank you for choosing Vaanimakeover! We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service and an exceptional experience. Please take note of the following policy:

  1. Non-Refundable Services: All services, including but not limited to haircuts, color treatments, facials, and other beauty treatments, are non-refundable once performed.

  2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeit of the deposit, where applicable.

  3. Satisfaction Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re unhappy with the results of your service, please let us know within [specific time, e.g., 48 hours], and we will do our best to address any concerns or offer a touch-up session where applicable.

  4. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to the service on the day of your appointment.

  5. Product Returns: Products purchased at the parlour are non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues with a product, please bring it to our attention, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

4. Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the refund request and will be credited using the original method of payment.
If the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
